I work with you one-on-one to help you navigate your own wellness path using nutrition counseling and coaching techniques to help you achieve your goals. Together, we work toward your goals, implementing strategies that make sense for you and your lifestyle. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, uplifting environment where you can share your health and weight history without judgment or shame. I take into account your health history, labs, medications, food preferences, and lifestyle to find strategies that work for you.
I am not the food police. I won’t give you a meal plan, or tell you what and what not to eat. I will not tell you to clean out your fridge and throw away food you enjoy.
I will never sell you supplements, pills, powders, oils, or shakes to keep myself free of conflict-of-interest, making sure your interests come first.

Why work with a dietitian? Dietitians are specially trained in evidence-based nutrition. That means that you will only get expert, meaningful, and high-quality advice. Dietitians have to meet rigorous educational and professional standards. Don’t trust your nutritional health to anything less than a registered dietitian.
