Meet your health and nutrition goals through meaningful, personalized lifestyle changes. Think of me as your coach guiding you through the process. We work together to make changes that make sense for you.
Whether you come into my office, or we work virtually through video chat, I work with you one-on-one to help you navigate your own wellness path using nutrition counseling and coaching techniques to help you achieve your goals. Together, we work toward your goals, implementing strategies that make sense for you and your lifestyle. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, uplifting environment where you can share your health and weight history without judgment or shame. I take into account your health history, labs, medications, food preferences, and lifestyle to find strategies that work for you.
I am not the food police. I won’t give you a meal plan, or tell you what and what not to eat. I will not tell you to clean out your fridge and throw away food you enjoy.
I will never sell you supplements, pills, powders, oils, or shakes to keep myself free of conflict-of-interest, making sure your interests come first.

Why work with a dietitian? Dietitians are specially trained in evidence-based nutrition. That means that you will only get expert, meaningful, and high-quality advice. Dietitians have to meet rigorous educational and professional standards. Don’t trust your nutritional health to anything less than a registered dietitian.
Body Composition Scans
Get a body composition scan is a great tool if you’re interested in improving health and performance. This is available for:
- Sports teams
- Fitness centers
- Race expos
- Health fairs
- Corporate wellness programs
Body composition scans are not appropriate for those healing from disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image issues. Scans are only used as a tool to help athletes and active people fuel appropriately for their training and maintain an appropriate body composition without dropping too low in their body fat percentage.
E-courses are a perfect solution to athletes and active people looking for valid sports nutrition information, but don’t need a personalized one-on-one nutrition consultation. Once you purchase, the course is available to you anytime, anywhere you have an internet connection, and you can watch it as many times as you’d like! We are adding new topics all the time.
